What Could Cause Heaviness In Chest?

hello doctor.....i m 26 years old girl..i walk daily in evening about 1 hour..but yesterday i suddenly feel heaviness in my chest as i am breathing properly...what could be the reason..and somtimes i also feel my chest hurt when i take deep breath..plzz i want to know ur opinion

I can understand your concern.
Bronchitis can cause heaviness in chest and chest pain on breathing.
So we should first rule out bronchitis in your case.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis. It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
If all these are normal then possibility of stress and anxiety is more. So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
