What Could Cause Headache, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue And Blurred Vision?
My vision gets blurry, the room starts to spin. I can’t stand up straight. Eyes very sensitive to light. I have diarrhea and I threw up. This has happened twice in the past three days. First time I was asleep and it woke me up. I thought it was food poisoning then it past for full day and I got it again yesterday. I have had a headache all day long and very weak.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intra cranial (inside the brain) causes.
