General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that it might be the viral fever, may be dengue fever, with secondary bacterial infection of the mouth.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
She may need to have some other tests for confirmation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixome. paracetamol, mouth wash, diethyl carbamazine citrate, lacticacid bacilli.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
