What Could Cause Fast Strong Heart Beats?
hey i am waking up to a fast strong heart beat that feels like its not in a normal beat pattern and then feels like it wants to jump out my chest when it slows down for a moment, i also have started suffering cramps in my calves, im fit 23 year old male.

I really appreciate your concern, such fast beat some time happens due to stress, over excitement, and this is temporary phase comes to normal very soon this is common condition, if this goes happening all along the way then this need to be investigated to rule out the cardiac condition and EKG and ECHO would be necessary, hope this information helps, have a nice day
