What Could Cause Elevated ESR Level?

I have high ERS 120 What food should I take to reduce it My blood counts were less than 90000, so I started taking steroid and now I stopped that but ESR is increasing every week. What is the reason for that . what kind of veggie and fruits to be eaten

Hi dear.ESR is non-specific and seen in long standing inflammatory conditions.I were to investigate for tuberculosis (tuberculin test) which is most common in our country.Other conditions whihc need to be ruled out rheumatoid arthritis and less commonly autoimmune disease.I would request you to upload your complete blood report so to help us suggest you better.Hope this answers your query.All the best.Get well soon.
