What Could Cause Dizzy Spells?

feeling dizzy spells, mostly in the morning and when i bend over or get up. its been four or five days. Today i feel a little sick in my stomack. Top of my head ifeels hot and i have a headack.Im 67 over 300 lbs.male . I just had a yearly fisical and bloodwork, all was good.

Hi.

If I can get from the history you have provided, this is labyrinthitis of whatever cause ( to be found on clinical examination and few tests / MRI after ENT examination).

You are getting classically in the morning when you bent over or get up... The stomach problem looks to be a reflex phenomenon due to dizziness.

Not much is expected from blood -work .
Avoid going anywhere alone and do not drive or be with machines ...
