What Could Cause Constipation And Vomiting Of The Miralax And Gatorade Mixture While Prepping For A Colonoscopy?

I am due to take a colonoscopy tomorrow morning and i am doing the prep. I have to take miralax with gatorade and I threw up the mixture after i had taken 4 of the glasses. So I am worried about what happening because i havent started having the bowel movements yet that comes with taking the miralax/gatorade. However, after i threw up the mixture, i did continue to take the other four glasses. So, could you let me know why i am not having the bowel movement yet?

If you are not comfortable taking laxatives in a liquid form, you can take tab Dulcolax 2 tabs at night or go for a proctoclysis enema which will help your bowel movements before colonoscopy procedure
