What Could Cause Constant Shaking Of Body In A Teenager?

I am 16 years old, and This happend (I think) since i started growing : I keep shaking at a continuous rate, even if I move. But if I grab a table or something that remains still, I dont shake. This shaking is available to my whole body. Could it be because I am growing due to my age ? Since I havent been eating that well two years ago, and now I am eating normally due to the "growing" period of my life. I am merely confused and consider that I need advice. And Yes, I did consult a doctor. I dont have that many losses of vitamins in my blood, but I do have since I am continuously growing.
