What Could Cause Breathing Difficulty, Severe Stomach Pain, Fatigue And Back Pain?
I am having trouble breathing. My chest is sore. My back aches and my leg muscles feel weak. My arm muscles feel week too. I was fine yesterday until mid morning and then began getting severe "attack like" symptoms in my stomach, just below my chest. I was sore all day. I am also very tired. I went to bed early last night which is odd for me as I am usually up late. My stomach pain was on and off but it is becoming for frequent. My walk-in clinic is closed until tomorrow and I don't want to go to the hospital. Any ideas?

Dont be worried so much. I think you have some acid dyspeptic disorders which are causing all these problems. For that you may take a pantoprazole-domperidone combination twice daily before food daily with plenty of water and bland diet and take rest for few days. If not subsided by all these then you need to undergo some tests to exclude organic disorders for your problem. Thank you.
