What Could Cause Blood Associated Poop?

hi i et blood in my poop, it started yesterday and now i am worried. it is briht red and sore. I also have been getting blurred vision headaches and dizzy spells. Are they all linked and if not what are they. Also i am slightly anaemic (low iorn in my blod)

According to your complain you have problem of blood in stool that may be because of hemorroid problem or other reasons.
Diverticular disease may cause blood in stool problem.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Anorectal examination to rule out hemorroid problem.
