What Could Cause Anal Pain?

hi, my poop is not been "normal" for the past 2 and half years. it has NOT been solid nor round *Maybe sometimes and very pasty. in the last few weeks my anus has been hurting, not only the anus but even inside, like the very last tract of the anus (internally). please any suggestion? thanks

I really appreciate your concern, if you do not have any other symptoms like abdomen pain, vomiting, nausea, fever, or fatigue, loss of appetite, loss of weight then it is nothing to worry, the consistency and color of fecal material are depends upon the diet taken so no need to worry about this, and if you need to clear the doubt then stool can be sent for testing hope this information helps.
