What Could Cause Abnormal Stools On Adding Proteins To Diet?

I have had loose creamy carmel coloured stools for two weeks. I have limited my diet to natural yogurt and rice bread and when I start to feel better -less cramping and firmer stools- I add a few of my typical foods but in adding these items (apples first then blueberries) and especially when I add protein in the form of nuts or chicken returns me to the difficulties. Should I seek a doctor s input or just use wiser reintroduction of food?

That's a good question as you have thought of consulting before something really bad could happen. You need to adjust the amount of protein you consume, I.e., don't consume more than 1G/kg body weight of protein per day..
Also start to consume more of high fiber diet( Vegetables, spinach, fruits)daily, along with plenty of water.
You need lactobacillus supplementation(in the form of liquid or small tablets) which will take care of your gut normal flora, which is very much essential for you.
