What Could Cause A Violent Shaking?

Hello, I have been shaking rather violently for the past few days now and I'm not sure why. I have been eating, not much, but my habits have not changed and I have been drinking a lot of water. I recently stopped taking my anti-depressants as a trial phase to see if I can go without them, but prior to starting them I never shook.

your medications has to be revised by the neurologist as you symptoms might be related.also some investigations will be done to exclude serious brain diseases
