What Could Cause A Swelling Near The Collarbone?
Hello I m 63 and have noticed for about 5 weeks a swelling at the base of my neck on the left near my collarbone. It s very soft and about 5 inches around. No pain and my blood work come back ok and I ve been on antibiotics for about ten days for a tooth issue

It seems that you have a lymph node which has enlarged and required further investigations considering your age, I suggest visit to an ENT specialist of Surgeon for full examination with fine needle aspiration cytology. Or simple excision biopsy if the specialist seems that is ok,
