What Could Cause A Painful Hard Lump At The Bottom Of The Thumb?

I have a very hard lump at the very bottom of my thumb where it meets the wrist very painful has been there quite a few months was thinking cyst from a sprain I had from a car accident it has gotten a lot larger and a lot more painful any advice on how to ease pain and if there are treatment options any kind of pain relief would be helpful

However you would need to get a detailed examination and investigation to rule out any other diseases which could be promoting or aggravating this like rheumatoid arthritis.

For now, some pain medications lie Ibuprofen and Tylenol can hep relief the pains while you follow up to see your doctor.
