What Could Capsule Shaped White Masses In Stools Indicate?

In my poop Ive noticed on many occasions what appeared to be a capsules shaped mass. I first would have described it as a cocoon shaped mass. Well, today I fished one out of the commode. I had a loose bowel movement. I put the pill on a paper towel and mashed it. It had no odor. It mashed like a solidified pill of shortening or solid fat. It was white inside. I think the whole pill would have been white except it was colored from coming out of my bowel in poop. Any ideas?

Hello, welcome to HCM. Two points we can think. First , I feel there is parasitic infection wherein eggs are excreted in stools. Second is you may be excreting mucous which is due to bacterial infection. This can be confirmed by getting simple stool test. Just get that investigation to come to the conclusion and show it to physician for further advice.
