What Could Bumps And White Spots On Lips With Sore Lips And Tongue Mean?

A couple days ago i had a bump on my lip then the next day it was kind of a sore but then there were around 4 or 5 white spots above it, toward the corner of my bottom lip and there are somewhat painful. Last night i woke up up with my lip and tongue burning very badly. Today i have tiny white bumps on my tongue and still white spots on my lip along with a broken sore. Now its hard to swallow or do anything cause my tongue is so sore. what could this be?

Hello,

Your symptoms could be suggestive of herpes infection or a bacterial infection. For this reason, I recommend consulting as soon as possible with your doctor for a physical exam and some tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
