What Could Bumps And White Coating On Tongue With Sore Throat Indicate?
I have large bumps on the back of my tongue and smaller ones everywhere else on my tongue. Alice there is a white coating on my entire tongue. I have sore throat constantly. I ve been using cough drops to ease the pain/dryness in my throat. My ears hurt periodically, it feels like they are clogged up. I was given a steep test which was negative. I have had these symptoms for over 2 weeks.

There are many reasons for the bumps and white coating including bacterial and fungal infections , I would like you to meet your ent doctor , he will take a swab from your throat and send it for culture, once the organism is known, you can be started on appropriate medicines.
