What Could Bright Red Belly Button With Stinging And Cramping In Lower Side Suggest?

The inside of my belly button is bright red. There s no blood or pus, just the redness. And it stings. My abdomen has been cramping all day, mostly around my belly button or on my lower right side. I ve been feeling lightheaded all day as well and I just can t seem to focus. What could this be?
