What Could Blood & Mucus In Stool Suggest?

i went to the bathroom this morning to poop and i pooped fine but then there was blood in the toilet and then when i wiped.. then an hour went by and i feellike i has to poop i went in there and i felt like i wa constiapted but all there was blood and when i wiped it was like blood and mucus.. i am very scared and i feel little sick to my stomach what should i do ..
