What Could Big, Hard, Painful Bump On The Inside Of Anus Indicate?
I have been experiencing a little pain by my anus and I thought I would wipe with down cold water to help and then discovered it was a big hard lump on the inside of my butt cheek. It s painful to put any type of pressure on it or to sit on it. What do you think it is and what should I do to fix the problem?

It's difficult to diagnose without examining, Based on your description I think it could be furuncle, a small boil filled with pus which is common to occur in that area. You can apply local antibiotic cream, if the swelling increase or its very painful then consult a doctor who will incise and drain it.
