white pus spot comes regularly or just for once?
having unprotected sex and followed by oral sex by you suggest that you might have infection so consult ENT specialist .
also go for Complete blood count examination.
and start antibiotic as necessary.
also do warm saline gargles.
also go for STD infection tests.
