What Could Be Two Pimples Under The Knee With Severe Pain And Burning Sensation On The Whole Leg?

My left leg, for the last 4-5 has been having a burning sensation. It started from below my knee, then continued on the my whole leg. (just the left one) Now with the burning sensation, I have serious pain. To the point where I have to take tynonols, wear a knee brace, etc. Every time a part of clothing touches me, it burns, i cant really describe the feeling that well. But my who leg still hurts, when I sit down, lay down, and walk. I dont see any rashes or anything, other then two small "pimples" or red dots, under my knee. Do you have any idea what is happened? The pain is horrible, and the feeling is even worse.
