Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sreejith,
The symptoms you are having is called polyarthralgia (pain in multiple joints). This more often than not indicates a systemic problem. There are certain diseases in which such symptoms can arise. I would advise you to undergo a complete blood evaluation with CBC, ESR, CRP and Ra FACTOR assay. You can meet a rheumatologist with the reports who can guide you further. Till then I suggest you start on antiinflamatory and analgesic drugs.
I find this answer helpful
