What Could Be The Small Bumps On Face Which Looks Like White Heads?

I have many small bumps on my face and they look like white heads or millia. They are not red or irritated and they have been there for years. I try popping them but they will not pop. What are these bumps from? I have very small pores and I was my face every night.

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

I would keep a possibility of Milium OR Milia. They are keratinous cysts and clinically present as white or pearly pin-head sized growths, which are totally asymptomatic apart from just being a cosmetic concern.

Treatment is with needle extraction with a fine needle ( 30 gauze needle). While treatment results in complete clearance, people who have a tendency can re-form new lesions.
