What Could Be The Severe Chronic Cough Followed By Vomiting?

RESPECTED SIR, FROM LAST 2 MONTHS , I AM IN JAIL ( AS A UNDER TRIAL PRISONER), THERE , I M CAUGHT WITH COUGH, NOW , I M RELEASED, BUT AT THE TIME OF NIGHT, WHEN I M GOING TO SLEEP , AT THAT TIME , I M DOING WORST COUGH, AND AFTER 15 MINUTES OF CONTINOUS COUGHING, VOMITING IS STARTED, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS PROBLEM WITH ME, I AM THINKING THAT MAY I CAUGHT WITH TB. BECAUSE WORSTLY I M COUGHING AND ALSO MY WEIGHT IS LOOSE, BUT WHEN I M COUGHING, AT THAT TIME BLOOD IS COMING AND I M NOT CAUGHT WITH FEVER ALSO, BUT I M CAUGHT WITH COUGH FROM LAST 1 MONTH. I can understand your problem and situation.
Yes, you are right about tuberculosis. Possibility of tuberculosis is high in your case because of following reasons.
1. Chronic cough for atleast 2 months.
2. Blood in phlegm (hemoptysis)
3. Weight loss.
4. Jail is a closed space. And TB infection is common in closed area due to poor ventilation.
So I advice you to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Chest x ray
2. Sputum examination for AFB to rule out tuberculosis.
If both are negative than get done PFT (pulmonary function test) to rule out bronchitis.
As bronchitis can also cause hemoptysis and cough.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
