What Could Be The Red Spots With Yellow Heads?

Hi when my daughter woke up this morning she had a few small red spots with small yellow heads in them. Since returning from school she has about a dozen. She is 5 doesn't feel unwell and they don't seem to be bothering her. She has never had chicken pox. What do you think it could be?
