What Could Be The Red Spots That Are Dry And Itching After Shower?
hi so on my right arm only, I have red spots the are flaky and dry and itch after I shower. every time I scratch it, it seems to become wider in diameter on my shoulder and upper arm. and is making my skin white in the center as it grows larger with the red rash around it. I am tannish with freckles and neither is there in the center of the spots... what could it be??? please and thank you. for your answer
I have gone through your query. The type of lesion you have mentioned is seen in fungal infection and psoriasis. Picture of the lesion is required for differentiating between the two. Treatment is different for both of the 2 conditions. But Itch can be subsided by taking antiallergic like levocetrizine. You have to consult a dermatologist otherwise lesion will continuing growing in size and symptoms.
