What Could Be The Red Bump With Pain On My Stomach?

I'm 15weeks pregnant, took a bath two days ago and when I got out, I had a red bump on the left side of my stomach. It hurts really bad and when I squeeze on it, nothing comes out. Been putting alcohol and hydrocortisone on it but the pain and swelling is still here
