What Could Be The Reason For Vomiting, Pain In Chest And Abdomen?

Around midnight last night I started to vomit "dry heave". I would get drenched in sweat, then id stop sweating then i would begin to drip with sweat again.. I did not feel sick previously, except for the fact that both my chest and lower abdomin have been in pain for more than a week now. At first around midnight I would vomit every 45 minutes, but then around 3 am it started hapening every 15 minutes or so, The dry heaves turned into pretty good amounts of a very BITTER bright yellow substance. I am still having the pains in my chest and abdomin, and within the past 2 hours I have began to lose my voice.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you have some issues in the stomach, may be the gastric hyper acidity, gall stones, pancreatitis, renal colic, worms in the intestine, or colitis.
What ever the reason, there will be nausea, sweating, and vomiting.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel till the diagnosis is established.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
