What Could Be The Reason For Red Colored Spreading Tiny Postules On Face?
I am suffering from a skin rash for the past 4-5 days, and it s spreading. It started with tiny pustules and redness on my left cheek, and it slowly spread. They are a bunch of tiny pustules, redness and the skin is slightly embossed. After I take a bath or wash my face the redness becomes more aggravated.

I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like nadifloxacin gel on the affected areas twice daily for 8-10 days. This will help in resolving your problem.
