Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
The vomiting has led to irritation of mucosa of nasopharynx, as the vomitus has food particles and secretions of the stomach, it will irritates the mucosa of the air entry and causes inflammation and edema of the mucosa and leads to the symptoms which you are having.

I would suggest you
1.Oral Antiemetics like Emset
2.Steam Inhalation
3.Oral NSAIDs
4.Oral Broad spectrum antibiotics.
Thank you
