What Could Be The Reason For High Heart Rate And Feeling Shaky And Nauseating In Mid Section ?

i have been feeling shaky and nausea in my mid section and sometimes my heart races

I advice you to avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking for few days. Consume less spicy food like milk, curd rice or butter milk are good.

You can also try over the counter drugs like antacid syrup or H2 blockers , PPI to reduce your symptoms.
