What Could Be The Reason For Having Upset Stomach For 3 Months And What Does The Test Results Suggest?

My son is 4yrs old n suffering from stomach upset since 3 months , earlier he only had loose motion bt now he feels pain too.stool test is done in which there is presence of mucus, veg cell and pus cell 0-2 are seen .what is the main problem he is exactly facing.

Pain abdomen in a 4 year old boy suggests that it may be
Urinary tract infection
Worm infestation
Colicky abdominal pain indigestion or constipation .
temporarily you may give Cyclopam syrup for the time being.
The stool report is normal.
Better consult a pediatrician to find out the exact cause and management .
