What Could Be The Reason For Having Tingling Or Itching Sensation In My Penis?

Hi for the past day or so i have had a tingling or itching sensation in my penis/ im guessing urethra. More prevalent towards the very base of my penis but moves up as well. Anybody know what it could be? I have only had one sexual partner for the past 2 years and she has too. She has no std's but had a yeast infection and we did have unprotected sex.
