What Could Be The Reason For Having Throbbing On My Head After Sex?

Last two nights I have been having sex with my wife and each time that I climax the back of my head starts throbbing really bad. Its like a tight pressure ready to explode. I am 54 years old and have never had this problem before. What could it be?

Hello
This is called post orgasmic headache . Many people have this. Itcan be idiopathic or due to some brain pathology. Please get a CT scan of head to rule out intra cranial pathology . If everything is normal in scan, NSAID like Bruges should give you relief.
