What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain In My Chest And Shoulder Blades?

I have pain in my chest that feels like there's bruising. I also have a pain between my shoulder blades. Neither pain is severe....just a bit uncomfortable. The pain in the chest hurts more in certain positions. It's in my upper chest, a bit above my breasts....in the middle but somewhat towards the left side. My history has been low blood pressure but about a month ago I had very high blood pressure (went up to 200/122) and now with a combination of medication and herbs it's not much over normal. A day or two after I got the high blood pressure I also had severe pain in the left back side of my head. That lasted a few days and slowly went away. Thank you!
