Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are mostly having muscular spasm related pain. You are having intermittent pain and this is characteristic of muscle spasm.
Calcium and magnesium deficiency can cause intermittent muscle spasm. So first get done calcium and magnesium levels. If deficiency then you need supplements.
Also avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid movements causing pain.
Avoid bad postures in sleep.
Take muscle relaxant when chest pain occur.
Application of warm water pad on affected areas is also beneficial.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
