Hi, I m a 13 year-old black boy and is still a vergin but every night when I m bout to go to bed my penis itch really bad but it never burns. I examined my penis and saw liitle red fine dots on my penis and under the head or shaft of my penis. Can you please tell me what this is!

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having collection of smegma due to not cleaning the part daily.
This deposition of smegma produces irritation and itching.
Clean the local part by averting foreskin and clean glans.
If require applt triple action cream locally.
Ok and take care.
