Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Your history suggests that your daughter is suffering from infective diarrhea.
Zn-20 syrup and sporolac sachets once daily will help relieving diarrhoea.
I would prefer Walamycin to Cefixime for control of diarrhea.
Breast feeding to be continued as usual.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
