What Could Be The Reason For Having Ear Infection, Body Aches, Tightness On Muscles And Chest Pain?

I had a dry cough about 15 days ago, developed an ear infection, doctor gave me amoxacilian. Lost my voice for 4 days.
Body aches the following week, tightness on muscles, lower back pain, right side of chest random pain, nausea, fatigue, sweats random. Now sore throat again. Still back ache.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Based on the description that you have provided, it is possible that you have the flu.

The flu symptoms are similar to those that occur with the common cold but are more severe and associated with joint and muscle pain.

The treatment normally involves rest, fluids, medication (such as paracetamol) to help with joint and muscle pain.
There are also medications available over the counter to help with nasal symptoms and coughing.

Antiviral medications are an option but these are more likely to have an effect if they are used early in the onset of symptoms.

I hope this helps
