What Could Be The Reason For Having Dizziness And The Squeezing Feeling Of Bones?

I am having dizziness when lying down upon rising. When I sit and try to get up, when I make a sudden movement. I recently have had a low potassium blood level. Also, I have tingling all over no energy my bones feel as if someone is squeezing them. I'm going to see my PCP this afternoon and would like a little help with what to look for.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You have twitchings in the muscles, and that is due to the defeciency of the potassium.
The dizzy ness could be due to the iinfection in the internal ear, or ischemia in the brain, or postural hypotension.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
