Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Back pain can be related to urinary infection. As you send for a routine urine analysis that will rule out that. As you having a pinkish discharge a pelvic inflammatory disease also can be suspected.A pelvic examination is necessary to rule out that. If there is any positive findings then an ultrasound might be needed to confirm that. Antibiotic therapy will be needed in both cases. I usually start with fluroquinolone initially and send specimen for culture and change antibiotic after the culture report if necessary. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
