I have a small discoloration and itching on my thumb, just before the webbing between the thumb and index finger on my right hand. I first noticed the itching a few weeks ago, and when it didn t stop I paid closer attention to the spot and noticed the discoloration which now seems to be larger than the first time I noticed it. Also, the skin in the discolored area appears slightly wrinkled on close observation. Please can you tell me what it could be and how to treat it - I ve googled these symptoms and don t seem to be any closer to finding an answer. Thanks.
