What Could Be The Reason For Having A Lump Under My Jaw?

I am a 57 year old male and have just developed a lump under my left side under my jaw and when I eat my salyiva

is very sensitive and seems to feel like it has a drain under my toungue in the front of my mouth and has been up and down for about 2 days , no fever , but some pain trying to swallow ??

Thanks for asking the query,

Lump under the jaw can be due to salivary gland blockage i would suggest you to get a thorough examination done by a Dentist also get an OPG radiograph done.
