What Could Be The Reason For Feeling Tired?

Hello, I'm 64 years old and have been retired for 2 years. I eat reasonably well, exercise a lot (fast walking and some medium weight lifting). I was very over weight 5'8" and 215 lbs. Over the past ten years I have lost 25 lbs. However, I often feel tired in the daytime and sometimes in the evenings too. Over the years I have rarely slept all night more than half of the time. Now though I find myself just nodding off for short naps all the time.
Do you have any thoughts of this ?

Hi,
Looking at your history, I can think of only one possible cause - sleep.
Disturbed sleep can disturb body metabolism leading to weakness and tiredness.
You need to develop a sleep rythmn and sleep for eight hours in night.
Also check your nutritional levels through hemoglobin, as anemia is one of the cause in the elderly.
Take a nutritional diet along with moderate exercise and sleep adequately.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
