What Could Be The Reason For Feeling Pins And Needles On My Back?

Hi - I had a choking episode a couple of days ago which made me cough extremely hard - after the episode was over and was breathing fine again i felt pain around my neck, shoulders and legs. Now when I cough I feel pins and needles on my back. What is it?

You may need investigate like MRI spine, EMG-NCV [nerve conduction study].
