What Could Be The Reason For Deep Voice, Sore Throat, Pain In Chest While Swallowing In Pregnancy Continued After Childbirth?

hi. i gave birth 5 months ago. my voice started getting deep during pregnancy and it hasnt recovered. my throat is sore and sometimes i feel a pain in my chest when i swallow especially after singing. Sometimes i feel like there is a lump or wound on my throat. please help, what could be the cause

Hello and thank you for asking!

I have gone carefully through your concern.

The first pathology to rule out in this case is a thyroid nodule.
It can cause difficulty in swallowing and changes of the voice.
To help it's diagnostician, a detailed clinical examination and a thyroid ultrasound is needed.

Otherwise, if it results normal than a laryngoscopy it the next examination recommended in these cases.
