What Could Be The Reason For Constipation And Pain In Stomach?

I am having a pain on the left side of my stomach above my hip. It is painful when I push on it. My bowels have been constantly messed up the last 2 weeks. I have gas and do feel constipated all the time. I am eating right and I drinking plenty of water. This comes and goes with me. What do you think it could be?

first mention your age. Constipation is associated with many things. first rule out bowel habits take fibre rich fruits, avoid stress, have good sleep even persists consult a doctor in person to rule out systemic causes.
