What Could Be The Lump Under The Skin Of Stomach?

I have a 4 year old. I noticed lumps under her skin on her stomach when she raised her arms and stretched the skin. When i felt the bumps they were on a vein and she said it hurt. When i noticed the raised skin it looked like something was just under the surface. Any ideas?

Causes for lump below nipples in abdomen-
Cause is related with undisclosed super-numery polymastia in few cases and is a congenital anomaly.So they are undisclosed breast tissues.So please consult ER Surgeon and Gynaec.
